Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and terms for any engagement are defined exclusively in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between the parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific service terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, playbooks, and code examples — is owned by or licensed to AI Systems by Jon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Intellectual property rights in work product delivered to clients are governed by the applicable engagement agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise specified in writing, work product delivered under an engagement is assigned to the client upon receipt of full payment.
No Warranty
This website and its content are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Systems by Jon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our services. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction TBD, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
